Born in the late 1960’s, Philadelphia bred Italian Judiac Fine- Pop artist Perry Milou was raised in a neighborhood heavy with Italian culture. His parents, both in the entertainment industry, helmed his artistic pedigree and inspired Milou’s love for glitz and glamour, fine art and design, as well as his fascination with the fast moving high life.
